What we hold, and how.

Confidentiality is part of the practice. It is not a clause we append. What you bring into a Lucier Partners engagement stays in the engagement.

Inquiries

When you submit the inquiry form, we collect only what you type into it and the timestamp of submission. That information is stored in Roy’s inbox and used solely to respond to you. We do not share it, sell it, or route it to third-party marketing tools.

Analytics

We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool (Plausible) that does not set cookies and does not collect personally identifying information. We look at what pages get read. We do not track individuals.

Engagements

Conversations inside a partnership are confidential. We do not name clients publicly. We do not publish case studies. We do not reuse the contents of your sessions in writing, speaking, or other client work, unless you explicitly and in writing invite us to.

Your requests

If you want us to delete information you sent us, write to roy@lucier.partners. We will confirm deletion in writing.
