I start with a Leadership 360. Your team rates you anonymously, and I interview them confidentially. You see what they see.
I don’t install frameworks or sell advice. I help you own what you heard, then change one or two behaviors until your team notices.
The owners I work with have already built something. The company works. They also suspect it’s stuck somewhere they can’t see, and they’re willing to hear where.
I’ve spent 15+ years leading teams and organizations. I’ve run teams, built them, and rebuilt them when they stopped working.
Much of that time I served as the second chair to founders. My job was to translate between the founder and the team. I helped the founder hear what the team saw, and helped the team understand where the founder was going.
That is where I learned to ask the question underneath the question, and to tell the truth without weaponizing it.
Now I run Lucier Partners.
